This company is a Godsend! They come to you–I struggled for almost an hour trying to pick up my lawn mower & fit it into my small car. I was at my wit’s end wondering how I was going to get repairs or routine maintenance done. I went online & found Mower Masters. I read their excellent reviews here. I had to pay a small travel charge because I was out of the normal area but it was minimal and worth it. Brandon, the young man who came to do the work was fantastic. He got the mower running smoothly & now it is ready for the season. He could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. Debbie also made sure to fit me in so the work could be done. This was my first experience with Mower Masters because my previous mower service provider was not available. I took the recommendation of my neighbor and I’m glad I did. The appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Plus all of the work for this annual tune-up was done at my home. In less than 2 hours the job was completed and the mower never left my house. It’s only been just recently when I used my riding mower for the first time after the repair that I realized how good the job was done. The mower feels like new. First, I was thoroughly impressed by Debbie the person who schedules the appointments. She was friendly and very willing to find a date and time that would work for me. She called in the evening to confirm the arrival time for Tom, the lawn mower repair specialist so that I would know when to expect him. Tom was just amazing. He noted that my lawnmower was a little old but he checked it out fixed a few things on the lawnmower and found the problem that was causing the gas leak. I ordered the part and Tom came back to install it. The lawnmower is working fine but the reason that I will come back to Mower Masters again is the service provided by both Debbie and Tom. Because my lawnmower was older and he did not want to see me putting more money into it than was needed, he did not charge me his full normal fee. You don’t get that from people these days but this is the kind of service and compassion that you will get if you decide to work with Mower Masters. Tom and Debbie both made my day!
